Orders ship within two business days with tracking. Whatnot purchases ship on Whatnot’s schedule and are combined per show where possible.
Returns
Preloved pieces are final sale. Every flaw is photographed and listed before you buy, so please read the condition grade and ask questions before purchasing.
New-with-tags pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn, with tags attached. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item was misdescribed.
Authenticity guarantee
If a piece is ever found to be inauthentic, you get a full refund including shipping.
